This session is all about growing your tolerance for stress.

We will look at how you can stretch and grow your capacity for stress in a way that actually makes you healthier and stronger so you can take on life's pressures with more confidence!

The session will include:

  • A discussion about your window of tolerance, what it has to do with your ability to manage stress and how to grow it.

  • A breath journey that will challenge your capacity to be in an activated (stressed) state. Note: We will do an energising breath technique to challenge and stretch your capacity to be with stress in a healthy, safe and manageable way. So you can learn how to gently stretch your capacity to hold more.
