ABOUT

I Know What It Feels Like to Be Stuck in Overdrive.

If you’re:

~ Pull-your-hair-out frustrated with being told that you’re stressed because you’re too busy or can’t cope.

~ Fed up with being told to suck it up and tough it out.

~ Over beating yourself into the earth to fulfil your bosses, friends, families, or society's expectations of you.

And totally done with putting yourself last.

I get it, and It's not too late.

Hi, I'm Karina. This is My Story

I was sitting on the bus on my way to work, eyelids dragging down to the floor with exhaustion but electricity wired tightly in my chest. 2018 was the culmination of never-ending days on edge and under pressure with dread jabbing at my gut.

With stress chauffeuring me to work every day, I'd long been chugging down the 'fact' that:

  • Not everyone gets to do something they love. Fulfilment, meaning, and purpose in life were a luxury (and for others).

  • Extreme stress is normal. Everyone has it. If I can’t keep up, it’s my fault.

  • My priotorties didn’t matter, so I shoved them down.

I hated my career. Lost and unfulfilled I was stuck on a pressure-cooker hamster wheel I didn’t know how to get off of. And the kicker?

My mum had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer. This job that filled me with gut churning anxiety was keeping me from being there for her the way I wanted and needed to.

But the fear of losing someone you love will put things into perspective really fucking quick...

My mum's news slapped me around the face so f*king hard it gave me whiplash and the biggest wake-up call I'd ever had.  And on that bus, while trying to choke back tears in public, two things crystallised:

⚡  This amount of stress, normal or not, is not healthy. Waking up with anxiety, dreading your day and feeling perpetually overwhelmed IS NOT OK.

⚡ Life is too short to spend it this miserable.

This wasn't living.

So that's the day I said 'enough:'

Enough playing by everyone else's rules.

Enough trying to 'keep up.'

Enough putting my priorities last.

Enough putting my life on hold.

Enough misery.

Just… enough.

And I made a promise to myself.

I promised myself that I would find a way out the cycle of anxiety, exhaustion, and misalignment. I would find a path that works for me build a life that felt free, fulfilling, and truly mine. Not one I have to squeeze into or divide myself for.

And, most importantly, that I would be there for my mum. No matter what.

I didn’t know how yet. But a steely commitment formed.

Then, in 2019, fate stepped in. My partner had the chance to take time off, and my mum—stable and doing well—pushed me out the door to take the break I desperately needed. Making a lifelong travel dream happen.

During that trip, I faced my lifelong fear of the ocean and became a certified freediver. It was the first time I truly felt the power of a regulated mind and body which gave me the opportunity to push through long held barriers and have incredible experinces I’d only every dreamed of.

It was there, looking out at the bluest seas and brightest skies, feeling calmer, freer, and closer to myself than ever, purpose formed. I let go of all my excuses and booked onto my first mindfulness certification course.

Since then, I have kept both of my promises and made some massive life changes.

I booked my first mindfulness certification course. I learned the science behind stress, nervous system regulation, and deep healing. I made bold, terrifying changes:

🔥 I quit my 10+ year career and started over.
🔥 I retrained in breathwork, mindfulness, and coaching to help others escape the stress cycle.

And, of course, I got to stand by mum’s side as she walked her path. I got to hold her hand as she cried, laughed, feared, was courageous, and eventually, saying goodbye.

Her death left me with a lesson I carry every day:

On their final breath, no one wishes they had worked more.

💡We wish we said "I love you" more

💡We wish we'd taken more risks and had more adventures.
💡 We wish we had followed our purpose, loved fully, and embraced the life we actually wanted.

💡 We wish we had let ourselves be happy.

No. We don't wish that we'd worked more.

We wish that we'd LIVED more...

The way we wanted to.

And that’s why I do this work.

Because life is too short to spend it drowning in stress.
Because your body is wired for peace—it’s just waiting for you to return home to it.
Because you are here, right now, and you are worthy of a life that feels aligned, free, and deeply fulfilling.

You don’t have to wait until life knocks you to your knees.
You don’t have to push through.

You just have to decide—you are worth it.

And if you're doing doing it alone - I'm here for you x

IT ALL BEGINS AND ENDS WITH YOU.

Maybe you want to feel less anxious, find your purpose or feel more calm and focussed. Maybe you've been feeling lost and need some clarity so you can make those big life pivots you know are needed. Or maybe you want to tap into more creativity, self-love and worthiness so you feel like you deserve all the good things you are working for and self-sabotage less. So you can optimise your health and prioritise your wellbeing.

Whatever it is, you are the key.

Your unique mind, your nervous system, your heart. No one else can lead the way. You hold the answers you need. You just have to go inwards to unlock them.

You are your way out.

My job is simply to help guide you back to you.
