...and that is why they end up exhausted, trying to fingernail the pieces of their energy and will-to-keep-going together as they push though a hopeless barrier of constant overwhelm and pressure ending up miserable, ill and feeling like a failure.

But there is a WORLD of difference between stress...and chronic stress.
Stress is hugely important to our development and has a place and a purpose, but chronic stress does not. Chronic stress is insidious, damaging our minds and bodies, and our modern lives have kicked it into high gear. Far beyond what our bodies have evolved to deal with.

It's not until we learn the nuances in stress and how to work WITH it, our bodies and environment that we can become masters of our calm. Luckily our bodies are adaptable and we can harness this adaptability to re-train our bodies and minds into habits of thinking, feeling and doing that create CALM, instead of overwhelm.
In short, CHRONIC stress is not natural - it's manmade - and you DO NOT 'just' have to put up with it.

1. You are missing moments of joy in your life. You know they are there, if only you could focus and be more present but you feel so constantly distracted by the demands and pressure of life that slip you by.

What you'll learn:
​Phase 1 - REGULATE: Calming the BODY - regulating your nervous system & emotions. It all is almost impossible to address the thought patterns of your mind while your body is in a dysregulated state so in Phase 1 it's all about getting a solid understanding of stress and how to DELIBERATELY calm down your nervous system.

Phase 2 - PERCEIVE: Kinding the MIND - relating to your thoughts in a kinder, more productive way. Now we can influence the body and enter a calmer state we can engage our mind more effectively. Phase 2 is all about looking at our habits of thinking, perspective and how to create a more supportive mental environment that fosters calm instead of anxiety so you can look at the world - and yourself - with more positivity, ease and love.

Phase 3 - BECOME: Listening to the HEART - connecting to your values and needs. Creating alignment and stepping into a calmer version of you. Now your body and mind is working with more synchronicity it becomes about stepping into the version of you who lives a calm, fulfilled, free life. What does that 'you' believe? What do you really want and need and how can you fulfill it so you can become the resilient, content, joyful, productive person you really are?

By moving through these phases you will create new habits and feel empowered to take back control of your body, mind (and life) so you can make clear confident decisions going forward that prioritize your wellbeing. Fully trusting your ability to support yourself whatever comes your way.
