This work is nervous-system-led. We work with how stress shows up in your body, breath, thoughts, reactions, and daily patterns.
The process moves through four stages:

Noticing what is happening in your body, breath, thoughts, and behaviour, so you can see the patterns that have been running automatically.

Making sense of why stress shows up the way it does, what keeps the pattern going, and what your system is trying to protect or manage.

We use breathwork, meditation, nervous system tools, reflection, conversation, and simple practices to help your body learn what steadiness, safety, and conscious response feel like.

No. Breathwork is one of the main tools we use, but the work is broader than that. We also use nervous system education, meditation, reflection, conversation, pattern awareness, and simple practices you can take into real life.

You’ll receive personalised practices and support between sessions via [WhatsApp / Voxer / email]. This helps you keep practising in ordinary life, not only when you are in a session.

That is often part of what we are working with. The aim is not to give you another overwhelming thing to manage. The practices are designed to be realistic, repeatable, and useful inside the life you actually have.
