This mini-course includes 7 unique guided audio meditations. Each mediation focuses on a different area and a way to calm the mind and body. Days 1 - 6 take no more than 10 minutes and can be done at any time of day or evening. Day 7 is a 25 Minute relaxation meditation. It can be done at any time you need to really calm down but is ideal to help you unwind and rest so is great listened to before bed or in bed lying down. After your first week you can get super flexible with them. You can choose your favorites, you can repeat them all in order, or put them together how you prefer. If you really want to go deeper you can take each meditation and practice it for at least 21 days each - that's the minimum time it takes to create a new habit. The choice is yours! Enjoy!x
