About the event
15 minutes of guided breathwork to help you decrease stress, increase lung capacity and shift into a state of stillness.
Breaths techniques may change from month to month. If you are not able to join in with the technique for that month (see disclaimer) you will be given an alternative 'safe' breath to use in its place.
All techniques will be nasal breathing focussed.
Suitable for all levels.
Theory of Breathwork: Breathwork is researched intentional breathing techniques that provide a heightened physiological experience and decrease stress on the system.
