This session is all about nervous system regulation. 

What it means and how you can use your breath to do it. How to keep your body balanced and your nervous system healthy so you can recover from stress better and feel more calm in your daily life.

The session will include:

  • A discussion about nervous system regulation. What it is and how to do it. 

  • A breath journey that will focus on what it feels like to bring your body in and out of activation so you can experience what it feels like to regulate your nervous system in real time. Note: For this we will be creating small amounts of stress in the body so you can deliberately move it into calm, building your awareness and confidence in your ability to influence your body.
